HORRIBLE experience!!! My mother was at this place for 6 days and received the worst care. The first night she was admitted the CNA went to help her up and pulled on her arms (she’s a cardiac patient who just had a bypass…no pulling on her arms). The second night, they forgot to give her dinner. They give her food such as bacon, cheese, etc. that she is not suppose to have on a heart healthy diet. Today was the last straw. She choked on a saltine cracker and hit the call button and it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come down. By then she was in so much pain from coughing and was crying and upset. The CNA stood at the door with his hands in his pockets and asked her “What do you want me to do?” Finally I had her tell them to call the ambulance to take her to the hospital for her chest pain and now she’s been admitted again for elevated enzyme levels. This staff is NOT qualified to take care of cardiac patients. I am so glad to have my mom out of this place. Do NOT put your loved one here!!!
