Year-end Tax Planning Seminar for Small Business Owners

If you’ve ever told yourself “never again” when referring to income taxes then you need to join Ron Ratliff, CPA as he leads a year-end tax planning seminar for small business owners and accountants.

This seminar is designed to help business owners “end the year strong” with the objective of identifying specific, proactive, steps that business owners can and need to take prior to December 31st.

Subjects scheduled for discussion include: documentation requirements; charitable giving and tax benefits for small businesses; “green” tax incentives; small business tax credits in the health care reform act; the Texas franchise tax; and, retirement options for small business owners.

The seminar is hosted by The Small Business Development Center of Texas State University. Scheduled for November 5, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the Higher Education Center located at 1555 University Blvd., Round Rock, TX 78665.
